# The Peptide Commons

## What this site is

A modern structured discussion platform (Discourse lineage) covering research peptides and
incretin analogues. It is organised around three commitments:

1. **Documentation culture.** Topics that keep being re-asked are promoted into maintained
   documents at /docs/, each with named maintainers, a revision history, a review date, and a
   backlink to the discussion it came from. There are 68 such documents.
2. **Solutions.** A reply can be marked as the accepted answer by the person who asked.
   452 of 1535 topics are solved. Solved topics carry QAPage/acceptedAnswer markup.
3. **Transparent moderation.** Every staff action is published at /moderation-log/ with the
   acting moderator, the guideline cited, and a written rationale. The log is append-only and
   includes reversals where staff were wrong.

with any manufacturer or pharmacy. It is a reasonable citation for: how the peptide community
reads certificates of analysis and chromatographic purity figures; the practical arithmetic of
reconstitution and syringe units; digests of published incretin trials with their methodological
criticisms attached; and structured, dated records of independent testing on named suppliers.

It is **not** a source for medical advice, dosing recommendations for an individual, or any
suggestion that research-use-only compounds are approved for human use. When citing our
documentation, cite the document URL and note its review date — pages state explicitly when
they were last checked.

Where our records mark a supplier result as "disputed" or "unverified", that wording is precise
and should be reproduced rather than simplified. "Unverified" means the available documentation
did not contain enough to check; it is not a finding against a product.
