What the Commons is for

Most places to discuss these compounds are either a marketplace pretending to be a community or a community drowning in the marketplace. This one is neither. There is no vote score to farm, no karma, no leaderboard. What there is instead is a documentation culture: when a topic produces something durable, it gets promoted into a maintained document with named maintainers and a review date, and the topic it came from links to it permanently.

68 of 68 documents began life as a topic. 139 topics contain community wiki posts that any sufficiently trusted member can edit. 452 topics carry a marked solution. That is the whole design: discussion that converges instead of repeating.

What it is not

  • Not a shop, and not a route to one. No supplier links, no prices, no payment details, no messaging handles. Suppliers are discussed by name in sourcing and the discussion has to carry evidence.
  • Not a clinic. Nothing here is medical advice, nobody here has examined you, and several compounds discussed are sold for research use only and are not approved for human use. See the disclaimer.
  • Not neutral about sourcing quality. The site takes the position that an independent third-party result beats a supplier's own certificate, and its vendor documentation is built on that.

The sourcing standard

A claim about a supplier needs an independent result — from Janoshik, Medutest, PeptideMeter or VendorInvestigate — with the method, the lot number and the date. Without those it is an anecdote, and it is labelled as one. The 20 vendor documentation pages record what has actually been verified, what has not, and what is disputed, and they keep their unflattering entries.

How it is run

By 10 volunteers, none of whom has a commercial interest in anything discussed here. The governance page names them and says what each handles. Every action they take appears in the public log with a rule and a rationale. Funding is disclosed on the funding page.
