What I would record differently if I started again

Asking directly, because I could not find a straight answer: What I would record differently if I started again

Asking about the phase almost nobody writes about.

The material here on losing is good. The material on holding is thin, and the questions are genuinely different — the ones I had at the start have all been replaced.

What does the published evidence say about this phase specifically, rather than by extrapolation from the other one?

I read the opening post twice before replying, because I had assumed the opposite.

Plateaus and resets: if weight loss stalls and then resumes, that is ordinary. It is not evidence that the medication stopped working. It is not evidence that it is still working either. It is a data point in a longer record.

That is what the documentation says. What happens in practice is usually close.

Protein intake and resistance training: both self-reported and therefore optimistic in most reports. Recording them anyway creates a record you can look back on.
